A civil engineer with Martenson & Eisele said she supports the updates overall but warned the draft may require final-level engineering at the preliminary plat stage, conflicting with 2025 Wisconsin Act 68. She also noted stormwater costs have risen five-fold since 2017 and asked that the referenced engineering design standards document be made public.
