Strauch, who lives at 1818 S Sanders St and works at a gas station, appealed the denial of her operator's license, saying she hasn't been in trouble in over twelve years and asking for a second chance to do her job. The council nonetheless denied the license 12-0 on statutory ineligibility grounds.
