Final contract payments on city projects
Staff presented closing payments on three finished contracts: $30,000 for sidewalk sawcutting, $6,588.32 for pond dredging, and $70,479.48 for parking ramp repairs totaling about $1.39 million.
Badger Avenue Reconstruction Right-of-Way
The city is buying small strips of property near intersections to rebuild Badger Avenue next year. This relocation order keeps the project on schedule; staff say negotiated purchase, not condemnation, is the goal.
