HOME-ARP award to St. John's Ministries

The executive director of St. John's Ministries explained the Lasting Change Program keeps formerly homeless guests housed by staying connected as their community, and said one year of funding is disappointing but justifiable given the outreach coordinators' needs.

St. John's street outreach staff member described maintaining a list of about 100 formerly homeless clients now in housing and the intensive daily coordination with the city's outreach coordinators.
