Data center zoning

Thanked the council but opposed zoning language that would open the door to hyperscale data centers, citing environmental concerns elsewhere in Wisconsin.

Speaking for Snow Janesville, urged the council to require a separate zoning designation for large data centers, larger setbacks, developer-paid costs, decommissioning bonds, and independent impact studies — noting the draft code currently allows them by right with no public hearings.
