Operator's license — L. Minto

A drug court supporter vouched for Lacey Minto, saying she has stayed arrest-free for about eight years and needs the license for a promotion her employer believes she is most qualified for.

The Lighthouse Recovery Community Center director said Minto was his second employee and has thrived since moving to Aldi, where the license is required for her position.

The applicant herself said she graduated drug court, has held steady work since, and the job opportunity is huge for her and her three kids.
