Sex Offender Residency Board Appeal — Domonique Singleton

Singleton's wife, a local pharmacist who has lived in Manitowoc for about a year, asked the committee to allow her husband to move to the city, saying the offense was many years ago and she would monitor and support him.

Singleton's mother, visiting from Brookfield, said her son completed his programs and earned certifications, has had no further issues, and asked the committee to let the couple stay in Manitowoc.
